The following are the terms and conditions for use of https://frontproxy.com/, any affiliated sub-domains, and any affiliated websites on which these Terms are posted or linked to (collectively, the "Website") and the related services (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Frontproxy and its affiliates ("Frontproxy," "us," or "we").
By accessing the Services, continuing to access the Services, purchasing any products or services through the Services, or submitting any information through the Services, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Your use of the Services is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy and our Privacy Policy.

Frontproxy provides users with access to a collection of Services, including various communication tools and proxy network access through any Internet or telecommunications services or protocols. You may only use the Services in compliance with applicable laws. You may not use the Services to infringe upon any rights or terms of any third party. You may not use the Services to gain unauthorized access to any computer or website. For more information, please read these Terms and the Frontproxy Acceptable Use Policy in detail.
In order to utilize some or all of the Services, you may be required to register and create an account, and you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Website that all information you provide on the Website is correct, current, and complete. You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website or otherwise, including through the use of any interactive features, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that your account is personal to you, that you will use all reasonable efforts to keep your account information personal and confidential, and you agree not to provide any other person with access to the Services using your username and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You take full responsibility for your own and third-party activities that occur under your account. If you create an account on behalf of an entity, these Terms bind both you and the entity, and you represent and warrant that you have full ability and authority to bind that entity to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. Frontproxy has the right to disable any username, password, or other identifier at any time in its sole discretion for any or no reason, including if you have violated any provision of these Terms.
Your access to the Services is conditioned upon your payment to Frontproxy of all applicable fees for your subscription. You agree to pay the applicable fees for the Services when due and to reimburse Frontproxy for all collection costs and interest at the maximum rate allowable by law. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in Euros (EUR). Prices are subject to change.
If you are unable to pay your bill by the due date and your account is eligible, we may offer you up to 10 additional calendar days to pay your bill. You must formally request an extension at least one business day before the end of your billing cycle. All extension requests must be submitted in writing to Frontproxy customer support. Our team reserves final decision-making authority on whether to approve or deny any extension request.
This extension does not prevent your payment from being considered late, and you will be charged a minimum late payment fee of either €20 per day or 1% of the total invoice amount, whichever is greater. The customer's subscription renewal date remains the same regardless of how late the payment is made. Failure to request an extension or pay within the extension period will result in automatic termination of your Services. Upon termination, all proxies will be returned to the general pool. Frontproxy cannot guarantee that you will be able to reclaim the same proxies.
Frontproxy is not under any obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Services. Frontproxy may provide maintenance or support in its sole discretion.
By submitting any information through the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Frontproxy does not intend to collect any information from children under age 18. In accordance with applicable EU law, including the Digital Services Act (EU) 2022/2065, you are notified that parental control tools are commercially available that may assist you in limiting minors' access to potentially harmful material online.
Frontproxy reserves the right, with prior written notice, to terminate the account of, or refuse service to, any person for any reason, including where any person violates these Terms, violates any party's intellectual property rights, abuses other Website users, misuses the Website or its Services, or otherwise engages in inappropriate conduct, as determined by Frontproxy in its sole and absolute discretion. You may not access the Services if you are a direct competitor of Frontproxy, except with prior written consent.
By accepting these Terms and using the Services, you consent to receive electronically all communications or notices sent by Frontproxy with regard to the Services or these Terms at any email address you provide. It is your responsibility to maintain a current and active email address at all times.
Frontproxy reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms or any policy governing the use of the Services at any time, by posting the new terms on the Website. All changes are effective immediately when posted. The most current version of these Terms will be located on this page.
You understand and agree that your continued access to or use of the Services after the effective date of modifications indicates your acceptance of those modifications. If you do not agree to any changes, you must immediately cease using the Services.
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by Frontproxy, its licensors, or other third-party providers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Frontproxy and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Frontproxy or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without Frontproxy's prior written permission.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material on our Website except as permitted by these Terms. You must not modify copies of any materials from this site, delete or obscure any copyright or proprietary rights notices, or use any illustrations, photographs, video, audio, or graphics separately from their accompanying text.
Subject to these Terms, Frontproxy grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Frontproxy intellectual property and the Services. Frontproxy reserves all rights not expressly granted to you. This license is automatically revoked if you violate any of these Terms.
You must not do, or permit others to do, any of the following: (a) attempt to view, read, modify, reverse compile, reverse assemble, or disassemble any source code or runtime files distributed with the Services; (b) reverse engineer, modify, or copy any portion of the Services; (c) rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise make the Services available to any third party; or (d) violate or attempt to violate the security of Frontproxy's networks or servers.
Frontproxy may, in its sole discretion, offer trials for some Services. Failure to cancel your trial during the stated trial period will result in you being charged for the associated purchases. By participating in any trial, you consent to Frontproxy commencing billing at the end of the trial period without prior notice.
Frontproxy may offer certain Services on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). Subject to these Terms and conditioned upon timely payment of applicable Subscription Fees, Frontproxy grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services comprising your Subscription solely for your own personal or business purposes during the Subscription Term. This license terminates immediately upon expiration of the Subscription Term or any failure to timely pay applicable fees. Neither this license nor the Services may be shared, sold, or otherwise transferred without Frontproxy's prior written consent.
Your purchase of a Subscription is subject to these Terms and any additional terms set forth by Frontproxy at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, your Subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you provide Frontproxy written notice of your intent to cancel at least fifteen (15) days prior to the end of the current Subscription Term. Frontproxy reserves the right to alter the Subscription Fee upon thirty (30) days' notice. Subscription Fees are generally non-refundable; however, Frontproxy may, in its sole and absolute discretion, review and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis.
A Subscription requires that each Subscriber provide accurate and up-to-date contact, billing, and delivery information. Frontproxy is not responsible for any cessation or failure of the Services resulting from a Subscriber's failure to maintain current information.
Your use of the Services is governed by the Frontproxy Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated herein by this reference. Please review the Acceptable Use Policy in detail prior to using the Services.
You will not use the Services in any way that would violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations, or any rights or terms of any third parties. You may not use the Services for any fraudulent purposes or to gain unauthorized access to any computer, website, or network.
Any payments suspected of fraud or identified by a payment processor as suspected fraud are subject to review by our operations team. Accounts found to have used fraudulent payment methods will be permanently banned.
Frontproxy respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the liability limitations and notice-and-takedown framework established under EU Directive 2001/29/EC on the harmonisation of certain aspects of copyright and related rights in the information society, as amended and implemented by EU Directive 2019/790/EU (the "Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive") and applicable national implementing legislation. Anyone who believes their work has been reproduced on the Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify Frontproxy's designated contact by providing the following information:

After receiving a valid infringement notification, Frontproxy will process and investigate the claim and take appropriate actions. Frontproxy reserves the right to terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers, in accordance with applicable EU law.
The Services may use or provide access to third-party services to process payments, fulfill orders, or provide other services. The use of such third-party services is subject to the third party's terms of service. Any disputes regarding a third party's services must be resolved directly between the user and the third party. Frontproxy disclaims all warranties or representations regarding any third-party services.
The Services may allow users and third parties to upload, post, or otherwise transmit user-generated content, including photos, videos, reviews, and other forms of data or communications ("User Content").
You alone own and are solely responsible for all User Content you post through the Services. You agree not to post any User Content that is false, defamatory, infringes upon another party's intellectual property, or is otherwise illegal. By posting User Content, you automatically grant Frontproxy a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to use, store, copy, perform, display, and distribute such User Content for any purpose.
By sending us any ideas, suggestions, documents, or proposals ("Feedback"), you agree that: (i) your Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of third parties; (ii) we are under no obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback; and (iii) you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, prepare derivative works from, publish, distribute, and sublicense the Feedback.
Frontproxy provides proxy network services and related tools. Your use of the Services and any IP proxies is at your own risk.
Frontproxy does not represent or warrant, and expressly disclaims any warranty, that: (i) any information provided by the Services will be accurate; (ii) the Services will be error-free or accessible at all times; (iii) defects will be corrected; (iv) the Services or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (v) the results of the use of the Services will be correct, accurate, timely, or otherwise reliable.
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, AND ANY DATA OR OTHER PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES, IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES AND ALL DATA AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, CLAIMS, OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY FRONTPROXY, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
FRONTPROXY WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY (A) INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, (C) LOSS OF DATA OR INFORMATION, (D) BODILY DAMAGE OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, (E) PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR (F) REPUTATIONAL HARM, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER TORT, EVEN IF FRONTPROXY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY, FRONTPROXY'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (1) THE AGGREGATE FEES PAID BY YOU FOR FRONTPROXY SERVICES DURING THE PREVIOUS SIX (6) MONTHS, OR (2) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100.00). NOTHING IN THIS SECTION LIMITS ANY MANDATORY RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER APPLICABLE EU OR MEMBER STATE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAW.
Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently waived and forever barred.
Upon demand, at our election, you will pay us for breaching, or inducing others to breach, any provision of the Acceptable Use Policy or these Terms: €1.00 for any email sent to us from any ISP as a result of such breach, and €100.00 for every cease and desist letter sent to us as a result of such breach. You agree that the damages provided for in this section represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss and that actual damages are difficult to calculate.
You agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Frontproxy, its directors, members, employees, agents, or affiliates (collectively the "Indemnified Parties") at your expense, against any and all third-party claims, actions, proceedings, and suits brought against any of the Indemnified Parties, and against all related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by the Indemnified Parties arising out of or relating to: (i) your breach of any term or condition of these Terms; (ii) your use of the Services or your purchase of or access to any proxies, data, products, or services; (iii) your unauthorized use of the Services; (iv) your fraudulent acts and/or violations of law; or (v) your posting of User Content.
Any proxy user who utilizes an excessive amount of bandwidth will be subject to a review of their account to assess the appropriateness of additional costs. Excessive bandwidth usage is defined as follows:
Any user who uses more than 10 TB/month of bandwidth on proxies purchased from Frontproxy agrees that they will be charged an additional €30 per 10 TB, or risk account termination. Frontproxy does not tolerate bandwidth abuse.
You agree that Frontproxy may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Frontproxy account and access to the Services. Cause for termination shall include, but not be limited to: (a) breaches or violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy; (b) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies; (c) a request by you (self-initiated account deletion); (d) discontinuance or material modification of the Services; (e) unexpected technical or security issues; (f) engagement or suspected engagement in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities; and/or (g) nonpayment of any fees owed in connection with the Services.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by closing your account, discontinuing your use of the Services, and providing Frontproxy with notice of termination. Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue following termination.
The Services are governed by the Frontproxy Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. Please read the Privacy Policy before accessing the Services or providing any personal information.
By providing any personal or non-personal information to Frontproxy through the Services, or by using the Services, you automatically grant Frontproxy a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, transferable license to collect, store, use, reproduce, disclose, transfer, and disseminate your information in order to provide the services contemplated under these Terms, to manage your account, to send you communications, or for any other lawful purpose in Frontproxy's sole discretion.
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all laws and regulations regarding online conduct and acceptable content that are applicable to Frontproxy and to you. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws of the country in which you reside and with any other applicable laws and regulations affecting the transmission or posting of content or the privacy of persons.
Frontproxy and its Services are operated in compliance with applicable European Union law and the national laws of EU member states. You agree to comply with all applicable EU laws and regulations in your use of the Services, including without limitation: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"); Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act, "DSA"); Regulation (EU) 2022/1925 (the Digital Markets Act, "DMA"); Directive 2002/58/EC as amended (the ePrivacy Directive); and applicable EU sanctions regulations administered by the European External Action Service and the Council of the European Union.
If you are subject to EU or member-state sanctions, or are otherwise prohibited by EU law from accessing electronic services, you are not permitted to register with, subscribe to, or use the Services. If Frontproxy determines that your use of the Services is not in compliance with applicable EU law or regulations, Frontproxy may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate any impacted accounts and take such further steps as required or permitted by law.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of the Services or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by sending written notice to the other describing the dispute in reasonable detail.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the written notice, either party may refer the matter to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in accordance with Directive 2013/11/EU on consumer ADR and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution (ODR). The European Commission's ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Nothing in this section limits your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of the EU member state in which you are habitually resident, or to seek relief from a competent supervisory authority. To the extent permitted by applicable EU law, any dispute that proceeds to litigation shall be subject to the jurisdiction set out in Section XX (Governing Law and Venue) below.
A link from the Services to a non-Frontproxy website does not mean that Frontproxy endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content, functioning, policies, or use of such website, and you enter any such website at your own risk. Frontproxy expressly disclaims any liability related to such third-party sites. Frontproxy prohibits unauthorized hypertext links to the Services or the framing of any content available through the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, then that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, unless that modification is not permitted by law, in which case that provision will be disregarded.
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of habitual residence within the EU, each party agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
The failure of either party to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions remain in full force and effect.
Purchasing products or services from Frontproxy does not result in any legal partnership between you and Frontproxy.
These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire understanding between you and Frontproxy with respect to the Services and supersede all other agreements, whether written and oral, between you and Frontproxy.

This Acceptable Use Policy (this "Policy") describes prohibited uses of the Services offered by Frontproxy. Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree to this Policy, you may not use the Services. We may modify this Policy from time to time. All modifications are effective immediately when posted.
